These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.thewildpetalsociety.com (the “Website”) and your participation in any class, event, or service (collectively, the “Services”) offered by The Wild Petal Society(“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this Website, booking a class or event, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or participate in our Services.
Orders and Bookings
When placing an order or booking for a class, party, or other event (each an “Event”), you agree to provide complete and accurate information.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of the details provided, including but not limited to pricing, date, and event location.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, error, or misuse.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed and paid bookings will be honored at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made through the authorized payment methods available at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. If your payment cannot be processed or is reversed, your order may be canceled without notice.
Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to balance flexibility with the preparation required for each event.
Orders may be canceled or exchanged up until 10 full days before the originally purchased event.
Exchanges to a different event date are permitted only once and must be requested more than 10 full days in advance.
Cancellations made between 2 and 10 full days before the event will receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
No-shows are considered cancellations and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Intellectual Property
All materials available on this Website—including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, and designs—are the intellectual property of The Wild Petal Society and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this Website or our materials without our express written consent.
Photo and Video Release
By attending any class, workshop, or event hosted by The Wild Petal Society, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) may be taken during the event.
You grant The Wild Petal Society and its representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such Media—which may include your likeness, image, or voice—for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and promotional content, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without compensation or further approval.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member before the event begins so that reasonable accommodations can be made.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wild Petal Society and its affiliates, owners, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in any Event or your use of the Website.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or the Website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Event giving rise to the claim.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in our Events, you acknowledge that such activities may involve handling tools, flowers, water, and natural materials. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that The Wild Petal Society shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising therefrom.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Wild Petal Society, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or participation in our Events.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website or participation in our Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
